"poke shots"
OK, the title of this has nothing to do with the pics, but how cute are these six. We dearly miss our cousins who had to return to their home in Hawaii but we enjoyed our time with them.
Here is Patrick dumping a load of very wet sand right on the top of Lauren's "toe head." :)
Anyway, about the title...........
Today was Emma's dreaded Kindergarten physical and she is telling everyone that she got "5 poke shots." That's quite a few for those skinny little legs but she did great and we all got some Dairy Queen to celebrate. She even had to give a little urine specimen which she thought was ssoo funny......yea, try being the one holding the little cup. After she was done with that she asked if we were going to do that at home now....... UH NO!!! (I swear she's not that wierd. :)Anyway, we have been here for almost three weeks and things are going VERY smoothly.
I have cooked dinner about everynight, which I enjoy and Dave has build a small keystone retaining wall. We are trying to earn our keep somehow.
Lauren is of course a doll but boy can she talk and talk and talk and talk. I don't know what language it is but she definitely does. The other day she said "whoa Emma easy" when Emma was acting like a nut on this horse that she likes to ride. She is constantly saying new words everyday and now when she burps, she says, "burp" I wonder who taught her that?
The house is coming along great, the roof is almost on and I guess the next part will be the plumbing and electrical.
Anyway, that's it for tonight, I have way to much to get done at work tomorrow to be staying up too late tonight.

I love that picture! We had such a good time hanging out with you guys. I can't wait until we move back and we can get together often!
I'm glad Emma handled her "poke shots" so well! :)
