A lesson

Tonight Emma gave me quite a lesson on the solar system. Apparently that is what they are learning right now. She began rattling off facts about all the planets tonight so I decided to write them down because they are pretty cute and I needed some material for this blog. Here are the list of planets and her response about each of them....

Mercury - "we can't breathe there"
Venus - has "hot gasses"
Earth - "only planet with life"
Mars - "has gasses"
Jupiter - "can blow you right over" and "has a big red eye storm"
Saturn - "can blow you over in one second"
Uranus - "Uranus? What's Uranus?" ;)
Neptune - "has gasses"
Pluto - "mom, Pluto is only a dwarf planet"

We are busy as usual here. I have sugar cookies to finish, gifts to wrap and a crabby baby to tend to. Only one of those things is really going to happen tonight. Guess which one! :)
