The Spizzirri Rollcall

This was created to keep our families and friends updated in all of our adventures and because I need something to do with the many pictures I take.

The good and the bad

Today was a fun day here. Tonight was not!

Today, Dad, Brian and Ted came over to help build a new deck on our house. Stacy, mom, myself and the twins went to look at nice homes on the Parade of Homes. We had a great day. I have to go back to work tomorrow, so it's back to reality and getting up early AND looking presentable.

Tonight I reminded Emma again that I had to go back to work and that in the morning when she woke up, I would not be here. She immediately cried and said, "but that makes me sad when you're not here." So I told her that mom has to work so that we can do fun things like going to Minnesota and Camp Snoopy and she replied, "but I don't want to do fun things, I just want you to be here." Well needless to say, before the talk was over we were both crying. I'm sure that things will be ok in a day or so, but for now they are rough.

On a lighter note, here are a few more vacation pictures. Our friends live right on Leech Lake and Emma loves a boat ride and loves to fish too. I told myself that I would be in bed by 9 but it's past already and I'm really not ready.

Thanks,Sarah, for making grandma cry before she goes to bed!! I'm sure it will be fine. I will be waiting for Emma to ask for another baby, then you can stay home again for awhile!! The pictures are wonderful.

Ack! It's 9:45a... I shouldn't have to CRY at 9:45a! I miss you already! What am I going to do with myself during the day now? Poor Emma, I'm sure she misses you but I'll bet daddy is keeping her busy today.

Sarah,
I'm so sorry and I hope today went well for Emma. I'm sure it will take a few days of adjustment to get back in the routine.
I'll be praying for both of you! :)
See you soon!
